How many years have you worked at Solidor?
I have been at Solidor for 6 months.
Which is your favourite Solidor range, and why?
It’s really hard to say because we have such a great range of doors. One which stands out to me would be the Beeston/Flint stable door. It captures the old style vintage doors which is not seen of the market often.
Proudest moment/ achievement at Solidor?
Every Friday we always play guess the famous door. I am currently on a roll of guessing correctly 3 Fridays in a row! I intend to keep this winning streak going….. Unless the goonies door is picked!
What does an average day for you consist of at Solidor HQ?
One of the many things I love about my job is that no day is the same. I work for our North Region customers who I help with any queries or ancillary orders. I deal with customers over the phone and email. The customers I speak to a fantastic and I have really got to know some of them quite well which makes my job more fun.
Hobbies and Interests:
If im not out and about shopping or socialising you would probably find me glued to a good box set. I have a dog who I love to bits so I do enjoy going out on long walks with her and my partner. I love going to gigs and try to scratch off as much things as I can off my bucket list. Currently I am trying to pass my driving test so at the moment I am trying to get as many hours behind the wheel as possible…. Beep beep!
Which football (or other sports) team do you support?
I have always supported my home team Stoke City! Go on you potters =)
What would be your dream car?
A beetle! I have always wanted to own my very own Bug and I was lucky enough to get one last year. Power to the bug!
If you could have any celebrity or public figure purchase a Solidor composite door for their home, who would it be? and why?
I would say the prime minister….. Everyone knows what number 10 Downing Street door looks like!

Becoming part of the team at Solidor has been fantastic! I am lucky enough to work with amazing colleagues and to have found a job where I can’t wait to go to work in the morning. Within my 6 months of being here I can see that the future is going to be exciting to be a part of as the company grows.
