Solidor, the premium timber-core composite door manufacturer, continues its rapid growth in 2016. Sales are growing at an impressive rate as homeowners and the industry choose Solidor’s beautifully secure composite doors.
Solidor sales grew 25% year on year in February, March and April this year, and 34% in May. This impressive growth is projected to continue for the coming months.
Solidor CEO Gareth Mobley says: “We’ve had a flying start to this year. We added Ultion to every Solidor as standard in January, and when combined with our solid laminated-hardwood timber core, we make the most secure composite door you can buy.”
According to a national survey of homeowners commissioned by Brisant Secure, the makers of Ultion, 85% say security is the most important factor when they’re buying a new door.
“Homeowners want security, so it’s really easy to sell a Solidor,” says Gareth. “We’re telling more homeowners about our beautiful, secure doors with a sustained retail campaign that drives homeowners to our new website where they can use our powerful new Door Designer and then get in touch with our Installer Network. The number of leads we’re generating is growing at an astonishing rate. We now get 45,000 visitors to the website every month and we can tell by our customers’ increased sales that more leads are being converted faster and successfully.”
“I’m excited to see the growth continue as our customers continue to benefit from our extensive investment in a class-leading service. It’s been a great start to the year, and a real testament to our customers and the whole team.”
