GGF Membership Granted To Solidor

August 9th 2013

Composite door manufacturers Solidor have been accepted into full membership of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) after a recent application was approved by the long-established trade association.

The successful attainment of GGF membership demonstrates that Solidor adhere to the high standards expected of any firm involved in the industry, supplying exceptional products fully compliant with current regulations, and delivering an outstanding level of installation.

The GGF represents over 60% of the home improvement industry by turnover. Any customer who chooses an approved member such as Solidor will have the peace of mind of knowing that credibility and value for money is assured due to the rigorous vetting process that each applicant has to undertake to acquire that status. It protects the homeowner from any unscrupulous traders existent in the industry.

In the unlikely event that a homeowner is ever left unsatisfied with the quality of work carried out by a GGF member, they can also take advantage of a FREE conciliation service to resolve any issues that arise and are covered by the Customer Deposit Scheme.

Being able to brandish the GGF logo on all their marketing collateral will therefore prove to be a huge selling point for Solidor going forward.  The continued guidance and technical support provided by the GGF will also prove invaluable, as will the opportunity to network with other members and keep themselves abreast of the very latest developments within the trade to stay ahead of the game.
