Rita lives in a unique looking house in Surrey where she’s recently had new aluminium windows in Anthracite Grey installed. Unhappy that the original front door didn’t match the new windows Rita has decided to invest in a new Solidor composite door.
I wanted a new front door that co-ordinated with the modern look of the new windows. Due to having a busy lifestyle I was also looking for a front door that would require minimal maintenance.

As I wanted a modern door style, Jewel suggested that I look through the Contemporary Italia Collection and I was surprised by how many different options were available to me. I didn’t want any glazing in the door so as soon as I saw the Palermo door with its unusual horizontal panels I knew I’d found what I was looking for.
Like her new windows, Rita opted for an Anthracite Grey door with a matching frame. Rita finished off her door with a designer bar handle and is very happy with the results now that the door has been fitted.
My new Soldior looks wonderful. It’s so clean and elegant looking. It finishes off the property perfectly. I can feel the quality every time I open and close the door. It’s so solid! I’m more than happy with the end result and would recommend both Jewel Windows and Solidor to anyone looking to update the front of their home.
