Solidor and Universal Arches have pooled their expertise in composite doors and profile bending respectively, to offer the industry's first arched top composite doors, available nationwide.Both companies are well renowned in their respected markets for quality and innovation, Solidor for 2nd generation composite doors and Universal Arches for building plastics bending and forming. Solidor have already been using Universal Arches for over 4 years, benefitting from the supply of arched combination frames, which take standard shaped door slabs.Following several successful projects earlier this year for arched top composite doors with matching frames, both companies have now formalised their relationship with the announcement of this new product offering. The product range, which will be available from Solidor, includes arched and gothic heads to a bespoke size, with the option of 14 colours inside and out with any door design, including glass and hardware options from the company’s latest 44 page catalogue.Leon Day, managing director of Universal Arches comments: “We’re two dynamic players in the glazing industry that have pooled their resources for product development.
