Totally eliminating the need for paperwork, the Solidor Cloud drives any leads generated through to live orders via the firm’s CRM system. Customers can then login and obtain online quotes and place orders in a matter of seconds.
That's not all either as customers can utilise it to track any orders placed, retrieve any old jobs, order replacement parts and submit any complaints or issues that may arise. Delivery dates and addresses can also be determined and customers can choose to be kept notified of any lack of stock.
There’s even the option for Recommended and Premium Installers to upload any new showroom images, record their opening times and order several different forms of marketing literature. Integration to the Solidor Cloud from trade suppliers own software solutions is also achievable and customers can expect to be kept fully up-to-date with any news or product developments as and when they’re announced.
Such is the adaptability of the Solidor Cloud that it can be assimilated with our new sales generator software which comes equipped with our revolutionary Door Designer so that orders placed through the Cloud go straight to Solidor. Any customer who chooses to create their own bespoke Solidor on a customer’s website then receives an email notification, along with a quote, on an e-mailer template appropriate to the relevant Recommended or Premium Installer concerned.
