Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is: Solidor®, Trading as Premdor Crosby Ltd, whose registered office is at Birthwaite Business Park, Huddersfield Rd, Darton S75 5JS.
2. The promotion is open to all Solidor customers located in the United Kingdom, who place orders direct with Solidor, during the month of November. All orders will be counted regardless of method of placement and will be considered and counted if placed within the specified month [November], regardless of delivery falling outside of this time frame. Employees of Solidor and members of their immediate families and any other parties directly associated with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. There is no entry fee.
4. The prize is for goods only as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. There will be 10 winners overall whereby the winner of the top prize will win a track experience day (worth up to £2500) for up to 5 team members. The other 9 winners will win prizes from a list comprising of 3 laptops (up to £500 each), 3 iPads (up to £500 each) and 3 Amazon vouchers (worth £250 each).
5. Each company will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw if orders placed are greater in November 2022 (Nov 1st 12.01am – 30th Nov 11.59pm) than in October 2022 (Oct 1st 12.01am – 31st Oct 11.59pm). If you do not wish to participate in this promotion, send an email addressed to marketing@solidor.co.uk at any time.
6. Winners will be chosen at random by an independent computer software system. All entries that qualify for entrance will be given a number at random and input into the system where the process will be recorded to provide evidence of the randomly selected winning result.
7. The prize is supplied by Solidor®, Trading as Premdor Crosby Ltd, whose registered office is at Birthwaite Business Park, Huddersfield Rd, Darton S75 5JS. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
8. The winners will be notified via email by 11.59pm on Monday 5th December 2022. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The Promoter’s (Solidor’s) decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. If entry into the promotion is not wanted an email should be sent to marketing@solidor.co.uk.
14. Solidor reserves the right to suspend, hold void, cancel or amend the promotion, where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Solidor, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion, will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s (Solidor’s) PRIVACY POLICY.
15. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
