Fresh from having launched its redeveloped and much improved Door Designer App for Apple devices, Solidor has now launched this for all Android devices, through Google Play.
The new Door Design App benefits from a completely new environment to provide a far better user experience for consumers and salesmen with mobile devices and tablets. This will help create the most individual of door designs with the full Solidor range available, including side panels, French and stable doors. The improved functionality and additional features have been carefully implemented, so that users can save various door designs in their own Solidor gallery, find their local installer and share their design with friends.
A new entrance can be brought to life by designing a door specifically to suit the front of your home by taking a photograph or indeed, choosing one from a pre-determined gallery of house facades. Throughout the process of designing a door, consumers are able to choose door and frame colours both inside and out, thanks to the new inside view feature, glass options, hardware finish and once they are happy with the final design, that there’s the facility to request a quote or even share it with friends. It’s a relatively quick process, yet it can generate an infinite number of beautiful door combinations.
The response for the revised Apple version of this App has already been impressive, with great feedback on the improved functionality from version one. The Apps for both Android and Apple are all part of a range of new marketing tools that are planned for launch during the course of the year as Solidor firmly sets its position as the ultimate composite door brand in the UK.
