Solidor has just launched a feature packed door designer App for iPhone with iPad soon to follow through Apple's App Store, in their latest initiative to promote the key features of their second generation composite door range.
The App has been designed in a logical manner crucially starting with the taking of a photo of the homeowners existing door or opening. You are then prompted to choose a particular door range, then style and one of 17 colours inside and out. At this stage the users of the App are then promoted to specify the glass, handles, letterbox and knocker.
Once the final door design has been saved, then it can be e-mailed off for a quote from a local Premium or Recommended Installer. Throughout the App there is the option to zoom in to key parts of the door for a more detailed view or your can start over again at any stage. There’s also a help facility should you need it and there is a gallery where you can save your door designs and you even have the facility to share the door design with friends and family on Facebook and Twitter.
