Donna lives in a Semi Detached house in the village of Cheam, Sutton. Unhappy with the general appearance of her front door Donna decided that it was time to invest in a new, more contemporary looking replacement.
Donna comments: I really didn’t like the look of my front door, it wasn’t in keeping with the rest of the house and as the nights started to draw in, and it started to feel a lot cooler, I felt that now was the best time to update it.

Something that I hadn’t considered before was the security features on a door, so I was pleased to read about the Ultion lock cylinder being fitted as standard, and that the door is made using a 48mm solid timber core.
Donna chose the Roma door style in Anthracite Grey and teamed it with an ES3 400 handle from the designer furniture range to complete the look.
Donna comments: On the day of the installation I was very excited. The service from Daylight Installations Ltd was excellent, I cannot fault them. They arrived on time, got on with the installation and made sure that everywhere was tidy before they left.
My new Solidor is lovely, the hallway is a lot warmer now and I feel much safer in the knowledge that I have a door with heightened security features. You’ll see from the pictures the difference that the door has made to the overall appearance of my house.
