We are thrilled to announce a number of exciting upgrades to your online door design and orderign experience with us. Prepare for Cloud 3.0 – a more efficient, streamlined, flexible and personalised process than ever before!

New Features

So what are the great new features

when ordering through Cloud 3.0?

You can now order a low letter plate directly for all compatible styles.

You can add custom text and numbers to top lights, side panels and door glass.

A new option allows you to choose the edge band colour for each door order.

The AV2E lock can be ordered online, without having to call us.

Offset French doors – now available online (previously a manual order).

Mix and match cylinder surround options so you can choose which combination of pull, plate or escutcheon that you require.

A cat flap option is now available.

The cill colour can now differ from the frame colour and cill lengths can be customised, helping ensure seamless installation for your project.

Questions

Will I still be able to access my order history on the trade website?

Your order history will not be transferred to the updated ordering portal. Therefore, if you wish to keep any records, please ensure you copy anything you need prior to 20th June.​

Do I need a new log in to order?

No, you will be able to use the same log-in details for the upgraded Cloud ordering portal as you do today.

What are the new benefits of the upgraded ordering portal?

There are a whole host of new features making it even easier for customers like you to order the products you love. See the new features section above.

Will my credits/refunds still be processed?

Yes, customer credits and refunds will continue as normal.​

How will you handle my query or complaint during the change over to a new website?

Your query or complaint will continue to be dealt with confidentially and with the utmost care by our Customer Service Team.​

Can we still call Solidor?

Yes, our customer service team will be available as normal.​

When is the last time I can order before the website closes?

You will need to place any orders before 3pm on Thursday 20th June. The Cloud 2.0 will close at 6pm on this date. The new Cloud 3.0 will be up and running during normal business hours on Friday 21st June for you to place orders.

Can I still place an order for emergency parts and how do I do this?

Yes, our Customer Service Team will remain open as usual and will be on-hand to deal with any queries you may have.

What will happen with orders already placed?

All orders placed before the closure of the current portal on Thursday 20th June will be recorded and sent to our production team as normal.​

Are you planning on changing prices?

At this time, we do not intend to make any changes to our pricing structure.​

Will there be any changes to my deliveries?

While there will be no changes to how your deliveries are scheduled, we are introducing some changes to enhance security measures.​

What impact will your switch to a new ordering portal/website have on me being able to place an order?

Minimal disruption is expected. You should be able to place orders during normal business hours on Friday 21st June.

What impact does this have on my account?

Minimal impact is expected on your Solidor account.
