It's just over two weeks until the prestigious G Awards and Solidor are extremely proud to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Promotional Campaign of the Year – Retail’ category.
After a great year that has seen Solidor go from strength to strength in the composite door market the nomination recognising our efforts to engage our customers and expand our network is the icing on the cake. The consumer focussed campaign which kicked off this year involved the development of our website to be more consumer facing than its predecessor. We have also implemented an extensive SEO and PPC campaign, all of which has resulted in a 94.7% rise in web traffic and a massive 532.46% increase in web traffic!
This year we have also introduced our installer scheme, consisting of Recommended and Premium installers which had attracted 375 members within the first 7 months and continues to grow larger. A new colour swatch was also launched to represent our popular 17 internal and external colours which complements our brand new consumer brochure.
If you have seen us at any trade shows such as The FIT Show 2013 and Grand Designs Live you may also be aware of our popular ‘Sounds Like A Solidor’ initiative where we have challenged people to take the ‘Knock Test’ on our solid composite doors.
