Introducing the brand new Solidor Retail network

January 19th 2018

We want to make buying your new Solidor as easy as possible, which is why we’ve updated and improved our Installer Network.

You’ll be aware that Solidor sell through a network of installers based all over the country, but how do you decide which installer is the best fit for you and your needs? We’re here to help in making the decision process easier.  Here’s how:

  • Approved Solidor retailers are no longer listed on our website as Premium and Recommended. They’ve instead been replaced by a series of icons which represent a number of criteria and standards. These criteria were assessed following an audit of retailers listed on the Solidor network carried out during 2017.
  • The new icon system has been designed to offer you, the consumer, complete transparency when selecting your Solidor retailer. The aim is to promote the facilities that your closest retailers can offer, thereby helping you make an informed decision about which one to use for your dream door project.

Take a look at the new icons and what they mean:

As well as the elements outlined above, we’ve also introduced a feature that enables you to view a retailers previous Solidor installations.  If you click on more information under each installers contact details you’ll find a gallery of images to further aid your decision.
